Leventhorpe Students Celebrate Record A Level Results

A2 Level results

Students at Leventhorpe gained excellent A2 results, with the highest overall pass rate and individual point scores in the school’s history.  Students gained a total of 36 A* grades and 111 A grades, with 59% of all grades being A*-B.  Most importantly individual student average total point scores increased to 343.  This has ensured that virtually all students have gained places on University courses or to progress to employment.  We are thrilled that our students have done so well and continued our upward trend with examination performance.  Clearly the results are down to incredibly hard work by the students but also to great teaching and the ongoing support of parents.

Most noteworthy individual performances were as follows:

Zachary Alison

4 A*, 2 A

Ashley Diamond

Nancy Lewis
