Delicious Street Food

Year 11 students have been participating in their GCSE Practical exams in Food. Their brief was to make two International Street Food dishes, which they had to produce independently and within a 3-hour time period.

They have worked so hard to achieve authenticity, focusing on presentation and showcasing complex skills.  So far, their results have been excellent, and they should feel very proud of themselves.
