Students in Year 11 have been honing their culinary skills today in preparation for their forthcoming Non Exam Assessment (NEA2) in GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition next month.

Their task is to prepare two Italian insprired dishes and judging by the wonderful smells escaping from the Technology department today, they are heading for some really impressive results!

Theo's cannoli was so impressive that it even waranted a visit from our very own celebrity masterchef, Mr. White!
