HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

2022 is the year of the Tiger and what better way to celebrate than with a wonderful Chinese Takeaway for lunch?!

With a choice of Hoi Sin Salmon, Panko Breaded Prawns, Sweet & Sour Battered Chicken/Praw/Vegetable Bites and Chinese Chicken Skewers, not to mention the many sides of Prawn Crackers, Duck Spring Rolls, Seaweed, Special Fried Rice and Vegetable or Chicken Chow Mein, this really was a feast to remember in the Leventhorpe Dining Hall today!

And the puddings were just as impressive with Lychee Pots, Exotic Fruit Salad and Mango Cheesecake on offer.

With oriental music setting the scene and fortune cookies to inspire us for the year ahead, we thank our wonderful catering staff for the amazing food and wish everyone a very happy Chinese New Year!
